We are looking for a  Business Analyst  to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our services align with customer goals and industry best practices. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and define clear, actionable requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, specifying requirements for new or upgraded technology solutions, and documenting solution descriptions in a structured and understandable way. You will collaborate with development teams, product managers, designers, and third parties to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.   Required skills and experience: Business knowledge of banking operations and the financial sector, preferably in Payments At least 5 years of experience in requirement specification and business analysis in software development projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders. Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts Experience with software development processes and understanding technical solutions. A continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation. Proficiency in Finnish and English language. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field A security background check may be performed for those selected to Samlink positions, in accordance with the company recruitment guidelines and the Security Clearance Act.
