The Role As a Unified Systems Operator at Kyndryl, you'll take on a critical role of monitoring, controlling, and maintaining cutting-edge systems across our expansive infrastructure environment. You’ll be the key to providing innovative solutions to both technical and business challenges – ensuring seamless operations that push the boundaries of what's possible. Operations role is primarily focused on monitoring, operating, and maintaining IT systems across enterprise infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: System Monitoring & Maintenance Oversee Windows and Unix-based systems across server infrastructures, ensuring high availability and reliability of services. Incident Management & Escalation Act as the first point of contact for clients, escalating problem incidents to appropriate authorities and ensuring timely resolution. Infrastructure Changes & Requests Implement infrastructure changes, handle service requests, and support project management processes related to system operations Preventive & Proactive Operations Validate alerts, execute preventive tasks, and apply proactive measures to avoid outages or abnormal situations. Security & Compliance Apply security protocols and participate in processes that protect organizational infrastructure from cyber threats.  There will be mandatory shifts covering the customer service 24x7 (Morning, afternoon and night shift) Who You Are Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Skills and Experience •In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems •Experience or technical knowledge of Batch Operations •Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written • Collaborating with diverse technical teams • Acting as trusted advisors to customers. • Maintaining infrastructure through continuous monitoring and proactive problem-solving .  • Spanish and catalan languages required spoken and written.
