Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience as a Technical Proposal Writer or similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and work under tight deadlines Strong technical writing and editing skills Excellent research and analytical abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with SMEs to gather necessary information and insights Write, edit, and format proposals, ensuring they are tailored to the client’s requirements and Kyndryl standards Develop and maintain proposal templates Review and revise proposals based on feedback from stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines Preferred skills: 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy Strong attention to detail Clear and concise writing Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
