The Role Profissional Pleno de Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), com sólida experiência em Observabilidade, responsável pela gestão centralizada de ferramentas críticas para monitoramento, métricas, alertas e visualização de ambientes corporativos. Required Skills and Experience Zabbix: Intermediate/Advanced – administration, template creation, host configuration, triggers, and integration with alert systems. Grafana: Intermediate/Advanced – dashboard development, use of plugins, integration with various data sources (Prometheus, Zabbix, etc.). Dynatrace: Intermediate/Advanced – application monitoring configuration (APM), performance analysis, and troubleshooting in complex environments. Prometheus: Junior/Intermediate – basic configuration of collectors/exporters, writing queries in PromQL, and integration with Grafana. OpsGenie: Intermediate/Advanced – incident management, alert policy configuration, escalation, and integration with monitoring tools. Advanced English desirable and Preferably residing in São Paulo or surrounding areas, as occasional travel to the client site may be required Responsibilities End-to-end management of the SRE Core team's observability platforms. Creation and maintenance of dashboards, alerts, and metrics for proactive and reactive support. Support for application and infrastructure teams in detecting and resolving critical incidents. Definition of observability best practices and monitoring standardization across multiple environments. Collaboration with DevOps and Cloud squads to integrate tools into CI/CD pipelines.
