The Role Kyndryl is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented   Financial Statements (FS) Preparer  to join our Statutory Accounting team in Bratislava. In this role, you will support the preparation, review, and delivery of statutory financial statements across multiple entities in the EMEA region. You will work closely with external auditors and other finance stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, and corporate policies. This role requires solid technical accounting knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and functions. The salary range for this opportunity starts at 1730 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team. Who You Are Key Responsibilities Prepare statutory financial statements for assigned EMEA entities in compliance with local GAAP and corporate standards Coordinate with external auditors, tax, and legal teams during the statutory audit process Support the resolution of auditor comments and queries in a timely manner Ensure consistency and accuracy between statutory and corporate reporting (e.g. US GAAP to local GAAP bridge) Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to gather, validate, and reconcile financial data Maintain strong documentation and audit trail for statutory deliverables Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in statutory processes and tools Assist in ad hoc statutory and compliance projects as needed Who You Are Required Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation Experience in statutory reporting, audit support, or financial statement preparation  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and geographies Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with external auditors (Big 4 exposure a plus) Knowledge of multiple GAAPs (IFRS and/or US GAAP) Experience in multinational environments with cross-border coordination Interest in process improvement and automation of statutory tasks Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
