The Role Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, and other middleware tools. Implement API-led integrations between core and peripheral banking applications. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and solution documentation. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and performance standards. Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and monitoring of integration components. Provide support during SIT/UAT and production rollout phases. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in coordination with support teams. Who You Are Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4–10 years of total experience in integration or middleware development roles. Hands-on experience with TIBCO (BW5 / BW6 / EMS) or similar middleware platforms. Experience with API management platforms (e.g. WSO2) Strong understanding of JSON, SOAP, REST, XML related integration standards. Experience in API development and integration frameworks. Familiarity with messaging technologies (e.g. JMS) and databases (e.g. Oracle). Working knowledge of version control (Git), build/deployment pipelines , and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is desirable.
