Required Skills and Experience More than seven years of experience in similar roles leading development teams. Proven ability to lead and manage teams for at least four years, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment. Advanced technical expertise in T erraform, cloud application development, and proficiency in various programming languages. Ability to integrate technical and business teams, facilitating effective communication between both. Experience in direct interaction with demanding clients, managing and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries. Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives. Assertive communication skills, including writing, client-facing meetings, and executive presentations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize processes for smarter ways of working. Resilience and the ability to handle difficult situations and work under pressure to achieve results. Manage strategic commercial relationships. Experience managing internationally distributed and outsourced teams. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business or a related technical field. Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, CSM, or other relevant credentials. Advanced English proficiency.
