The Role The Process Specialist is responsible for defining and optimizing internal processes to enhance operational efficiency. This role focuses on reducing cycle times, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance with best practices. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily process transactions and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Defines and optimizes internal processes for operational efficiency 6 years of experience. Time reduction, efficiency improvement Develop and implement process and operational improvements to meet client and organizational requirements. Utilize BPM tools, Excel, and Visio to design and optimize workflows. Apply process knowledge across business operations supported for clients. Understand client strategy, priorities, and operations in the context of daily activities. Ensure adherence to compliance standards and process best practices. Availability to work on-site Intermediate English Who You Are Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of business operations and process management. Experience with BPM tools and proficiency in Excel and Visio. Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for process improvement. Understanding of compliance requirements and operational best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
