The Role Position Overview We are urgently seeking a Lead, Financial Analysis to join the Finance team at Kyndryl Japan ! In this role, you will work closely with our headquarters in the U.S. and global finance teams—not just performing analysis and reporting, but taking the lead on key initiatives that drive business impact.   Responsibilities Prepare and report monthly and annual financial statements Handle statutory accounting tasks under the Companies Act Manage tax filing-related activities Create planning rates for subsidiaries Support overall Kyndryl Finance operations Oversee JV and subsidiary management tasks Record vendor cost accruals Provide financial operations support Execute finance-related process tasks Perform other finance-related duties as required Who You Are Qualifications Minimum 5 years of practical experience in management accounting and financial accounting Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Language skills: English : Intermediate level (reading, writing, and conversation) Japanese : Native-level proficiency   Ideal Candidate Profile Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Comfortable communicating in a global environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to proactively drive tasks forward Communication Skills Actively exchange information with team members and collaborate to achieve goals Share questions and reports promptly with supervisors and stakeholders Express opinions clearly and logically Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
