We offer mentorship, career development programs, and the chance to make an impact every day.  Required Skills and Experience   At least  one year of experience  operating and monitoring complex computer systems and networks.  Strong understanding of major operating systems ( Windows ).  Ability to analyze and resolve first-level technical issues effectively.  Experience with programming tools, reporting software, and system logging.  Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in batch operations and system processes.  Preferred Skills and Experience   Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures and basic networking concepts.  Experience troubleshooting across multi-vendor environments.  Knowledge of automation tools or process optimization techniques.  Exposure to IT service management frameworks or similar methodologies.  Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving client requirements.  Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
