Whether you want to broaden your knowledge base or narrow your scope and specialize in a specific sector, you can find your opportunity here     Required Skills and Experience   Minimum 3 years of experience as an IBM   i   Administrator , managing critical environments and ensuring system performance.   Strong knowledge of   Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019)   administration and configuration.   Hands-on experience with   VMware ESX   environments.   Familiarity with   public and private cloud platforms , including migration from on-premises to cloud solutions.   Ability to manage   system security , including user access and password controls.   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.   Preferred Skills and Experience   Experience with   automation tools   and   Infrastructure as Code (IaaS) .   Knowledge of   vulnerability management   practices and tools.   Understanding of   Microsoft Active Directory   and   federation services .   Exposure to   modernization initiatives and cloud-native technologies.   Relevant certifications or willingness to pursue them.   Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
