Key Responsibilities: Serve as the go-to expert for testing and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving issues related to software upgrades, system imaging, and hardware deployments. Provide support for hardware and software issues across multiple device types, both on-site and remotely. Ensure excellent customer service by meeting SLA and XLA targets. Collaborate with internal Kyndryl teams and strategic partners such as Microsoft. Identify opportunities for modernization and automation, presenting innovative ideas to enhance the end-user experience and reduce costs. Required Skills and Experience: Experience providing IT support. Experience in Audiovisual Experience working in a customer-facing environment. Strong communication skills (email, phone, and in-person). On-site support capability. Fluent in Portuguese. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. Knowledge of popular operating systems and enterprise applications.
