The Role As   an Elastic Administrator , you will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining   APM   solutions while managing and optimizing the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, and Logstash) for data ingestion, visualization, and monitoring.   This role would be responsible to develop efficient and effective, data & log ingestion, processing, indexing, and visualization for monitoring, troubleshooting, and analysis purpose. You will work closely with IOT operation teams, system administration, and business team to ensure the system are reliability, performance, and operation efficiency. Responsibilities Administer and maintain the ELK Stack components: Elasticsearch , Elastic Agent , Kibana, Beats, and Logstash. Gathering Use Case, d esign ,   and implement data pipelines for log collection, processing, and visualization   to solve business requirement. Optimize Elasticsearch clusters for performance, scalability, and high availability. Develop dashboards and visualizations in Kibana for monitoring and analytics. Anomaly detection using Elastic ML. Collaborate with developers   and vendors   teams to integrate logging , data parsing,   and   observability   solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, indexing, and visualization. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum 3–5 years in   ELK stack administrator or   software engineering or systems administration. Proficiency in   ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Logstash)   and application implementation Proficiency in Linux systems, environment, and shell scripting, Proficiency in data parsing. Experience in systems administration. Experience in ELK administration. Experience in knowledge of building infrastructures in ELK. Experience in managing application log data. Preferred: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of security best practices for data and systems Skills in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
