If so, we have the perfect role for you.    We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join the team and integrate Digital Workplace technologies, ITSM ticketing systems and enterprise-grade AI solutions, such as ServiceNow and Moveworks. This role requires deep expertise in AI-driven automation, natural language processing, and integration with existing IT infrastructure. Become a SME of our endpoint DEM solution Aternity and help grow operational maturity.  Expand the contact center platform (Five9) to include recommendations, translation and transcription functionality.  Monitor SaaS roadmaps and embrace new capabilities of the platforms, leveraging AI wherever possible.   The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical architecture, ensure scalability, and deliver secure, compliant solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical designs, guiding deployment strategies, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems such as identity management, collaboration tools, and ticketing platforms. Strong communication skills, experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and a proven track record in deploying AI solutions in large organizations are essential. Required Technical and Professional Experience Technical Expertise: Experience with DEM (Digital Experience Monitoring) endpoint tooling such as Riverbed Aternity. Experience with Contact Center software such as Five9. Experience with large scale Virtual Assistant software such as Moveworks. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts , natural language processing, and conversational AI. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise integration. Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and identity management systems. Experience: •Architectural experience of large customer change and transformation projects •In depth knowledge and experience of hardware and software including connectivity between platforms 5+ years in solution architecture, with at least 2 years deploying AI or automation platforms in enterprise environments. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience •The Open Group - Master Certified Architect (or equivalent) • AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or AI/ML certifications.
