You’ll be vital in maintaining our infrastructure through monitoring and validating events and or alerts, executing preventative tasks and escalating potential outages or abnormal situations, applying a proactive approach to challenges. As a Unified Systems Operator, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and specialists on projects and interact directly with customers to understand their needs – facilitating cohesive and successful partnerships.
