The Role Over de rol Kyndryl ondersteunt het Ministerie van Defensie bij het beheren en moderniseren van missie-kritische IT-omgevingen waar veiligheid, stabiliteit en compliance centraal staan. Voor ons Pallas/Defensie-domein zoeken wij een IT Security Process Owner die end-to-end eigenaarschap neemt over één of meerdere securityprocessen. In deze rol ontwerp, implementeer en verbeter je securityprocessen, begeleid je auditcycli, en zorg je ervoor dat onze omgeving altijd audit-klaar is. Je werkt intensief samen met technische teams, proces teams, auditors en management. Dit is een mid-senior functie met veel zichtbaarheid en grote impact op de volwassenheid van onze securityprocessen. Wat je gaat doen End-to-end eigenaarschap van securityprocessen Verantwoordelijk voor ontwerp, implementatie, naleving en optimalisatie van securityprocessen (bijvoorbeeld: IAM, patch management, issue management. Processen afstemmen op Defensie-specifieke eisen en afspraken. Documentatie, workflows en controles continu audit-klaar houden. Auditvoorbereiding & governance Ondersteunen en leiden van audits (bijvoorbeeld: ISO 27001). Analyse van bevindingen en coördinatie van verbeterplannen met technische teams. Processen en resultaten presenteren aan auditors, security officers en senior stakeholders. Stakeholdermanagement & educatie Samenwerken met gemengde Defensie-teams (Defensie / partners), Kyndryl securityspecialisten, deliveryteams en klantvertegenwoordigers. Zowel interne als klantteams trainen in procesgebruik, governance en best practices. Communiceren op zowel technisch als strategisch niveau. Continue verbetering Signaleren van risico’s, procesafwijkingen en automatiseringskansen. Initiëren en realiseren van verbeteringen binnen bestaande securityprocessen. Proactief bijdragen aan innovatie binnen het Defensie-platform. Vereisten Sterke kennis van minimaal één IT-securityproces in een complexe IT-omgeving. Ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring met security- of IT-processen; 1–2 jaar ervaring als Process Owner of in een vergelijkbare governance-rol. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels . In staat om effectief te schakelen tussen technische teams en senior stakeholders. VGB-B/A-veiligheidsmachtiging vereist — reeds in bezit of geschikt en bereid om het screeningsproces te doorlopen. Who You Are Pré’s Ervaring met ISO 27001, BIO of vergelijkbare securityraamwerken. Brede technische basiskennis van complexe IT infrastructuur omgevingen, IT security processen, cloud omgevingen. Ervaring met securitytools (of de motivatie om dit snel te leren). Ervaring in sterk gereguleerde omgevingen (Defensie, overheid, kritieke infrastructuur). Werkomgeving Hybride werkmodel: combinatie van thuis, kantoor Hoofddorp en klantlocaties door heel Nederland. Reizen: gemiddeld ±50% , afhankelijk van activiteiten en klantbehoeften.
