Key Responsibilities Solve complex problems and anticipate potential issues across various platforms and services. Manage client system data, ensuring daily solutions and security compliance. Prioritize and manage ticket queues, working directly with technicians to deliver effective solutions. Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive integration and continuous improvement. Work on varied projects, adapting to different industries (banking, retail, etc.). Ensure clear and effective communication with clients and partners, including in English.
