You will guide your team through rigorous value analysis, ensure compliance with customer and business requirements, and support the onboarding of new suppliers with precision and efficiency. Through strong leadership and deep procurement expertise, you will shape best practices, streamline processes, and strengthen Kyndryl’s procurement operations. You will also serve as a key representative of our department — fostering trust with internal clients, leading strategic supplier engagements, and building long‑term partnerships that drive mutual success. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus). 7+ years in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing with 3+ years of people leadership or program leadership. Proven success in contract negotiation and contract lifecycle management for high‑value/complex deals. Demonstrated expertise in SRM (performance, risk, and innovation management) and client management at senior levels. Strong RFx leadership, analytical problem‑solving, and stakeholder influence skills.
