As an Enterprise Architect , you will define and govern enterprise architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities include: Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Governance Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint. Define architecture principles, standards, and best practices. Govern architecture compliance and review solution designs. Lead multi-year technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Banking Domain Architecture Architect solutions across core banking domains: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Cards & Payments, Treasury, Wealth, Risk & Compliance, Digital Channels. Design future-ready architectures for core banking systems (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube), digital platforms, and payment hubs. Technology Architecture Define architecture for cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven systems. Lead API-first architecture and integration strategies. Oversee data architecture including data lakes, warehouses, and analytics platforms. Cloud, Security & Infrastructure Design architectures leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP. Ensure security, resilience, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Define disaster recovery, high availability, and performance requirements. Your analytical and creative mindset will be put to the test as you anticipate trends, stay up-to-date on leading technology, and participate in Kyndryl's architectural boards. Your expertise will guide functional objectives and technologies, and you'll be a driving force in evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions. In addition to your technical prowess, you'll also be a strong leader and communicator, able to train and oversee the activities of our development team. You'll foster a collaborative environment and work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers, and Engineers to ensure our software solutions are meeting the needs of our business and our customers. Required Technical and Professional Experience 15+ years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (C#, Java) with debugging and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of software development methodologies, with demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust software Experienced in relational databases (Oracle) and NoSQL, data mapping, XML/JSON, REST-based web services Knowledge of architecture design – Microservices architecture, containers (Docker & Kubernetes), messaging queues Hands-on experience with Automation Testing frameworks and tools Proficiency in GitHub Actions, Helm, and modern CI/CD practices Familiarity with Postman for API testing and integration Experience with TensorFlow and Machine Learning concepts, including Model Building and ML/AIOps Strong foundation in Software Designing/Architecture principles Preferred Technical and Professional Experience TOGAF, Zachman frameworks Expertise in Azure/AWS multi-cloud strategies Experience with API gateways and ESB integration patterns TOGAF Certified (preferred) Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
