The Role The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant will support the design,  implementation, and optimization of enterprise identity security solutions.  The role involves working closely with security, infrastructure, and application  teams to enhance authentication, authorization, and governance capabilities.  The consultant will provide advisory, engineering support, troubleshooting, and integration guidance across hybrid identity environments (Entra ID, Active Directory, and related technologies). Who You Are The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant will support the design,  implementation, and optimization of enterprise identity security solutions.  The role involves working closely with security, infrastructure, and application  teams to enhance authentication, authorization, and governance capabilities.  The consultant will provide advisory, engineering support, troubleshooting, and integration guidance across hybrid identity environments (Entra ID, Active Directory, and related technologies).   EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field. Certifications: SC-300 Identity & Access Administrator SC-100 Cybersecurity Architect AZ-104  Azure Administrator EXPERIENCE 6+ year in  cybersecurity services LANGUAGES Spanish and English (B2 level or higher) SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Identity lifecycle management Authentication & authorization design Conditional Access and Zero Trust policy design Hybrid identity troubleshooting Privileged access concepts (PIM, PAM) Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in high-security, highly regulated environments Analytical thinking and problem-solving Documentation and reporting skills KEY RESPONSABILITIES Support the design and deployment of IAM solutions (Ping, Sailpoint, etc) aligned with enterprise security architecture. Assist in the integration of applications with Entra ID (SSO, provisioning, access policies). Troubleshoot identity-related issues across cloud and on-prem components. Advise on best practices for identity governance, Zero Trust, and privileged access. Develop and maintain documentation, technical procedures, and operational guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, compliance). Participate in migration projects (AD to Entra ID, app onboarding).
