Required Technical and Professional Expertise Proven experience in installing and maintaining datacenter hardware (racking, component replacement, etc.). Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for server hardware. Hands-on experience with incident and workflow tools (SCCD, ServiceNow, SharePoint). Ability to manage stock and inventory. Familiarity with configuring server management interfaces. Basic configuration of Top-of-Rack (TOR) switches. Eligible for PSF certification (admin rights on servers). Physically able to handle and carry datacenter equipment. Availability for interventions outside normal business hours.
