And finally,   you’re   open and borderless – naturally inclusive   in   how you work with others.     Required Technical and Professional Expertise     More than 5 years of experience in x86 server/application migration or related IT infrastructure roles.   Hands ‑ on administration of Windows Server 2016/2019.   VMware ESX/ ESXi   administration experience.   Experience with public/private cloud management, especially migrations   from on ‑ prem   to cloud.   Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; effective written and verbal communication.   Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).   English   proficiency : Intermediate to advanced ( required   for global communication and documentation)       Preferred Technical and Professional Experience       Automation/ IaC   experience (e.g., infrastructure as code patterns, templating, pipelines).    Vulnerability management program experience.   Microsoft Active Directory & Federation Services   expertise .   Hands on experience with HPE servers and storage equipment.   Relevant certifications (e.g., HPE, CompTIA Server+) preferred.
