About the Role Performs intermediate technical and responsible administrative work supervising and managing in the billing activities of AIA PH. Collaborates with the Collections team for a seamless and efficient Billing and Collections activities. Direct and manage junior to experienced staff in the performance of a variety of policy billing , as well as relevant financial analysis and reporting activities. Provide training and guidance to subordinates with respect to understanding, analyzing and reporting of billing output and related operational and financial metrices. Monitor assigned billing activities for compliance with established risk and controls management. Communicate deadlines and data submission requirements to other departments, such as the suspense reports, to ensure timely and accurate preparation of such analyses. Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of senior management through risk incidences. Provide assistance to the Billing, Collections and Corporate Operations Head in the development, design, implementation and process enhancement initiatives as necessary.
