About the Role Responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring AIA's health and wellness programs providing a distinct employee experience - Evaluate the current health and wellness culture of the organization against our HLBL and Believe in Better EVP - Create and Implement customer health and wellness programs for employees - Collaborate with Group and Vitality teams well rounded wellness approach - Identify any potential Health hazard within workplace and provide feedback to relevant security and RE teams for improvement - Work closely with HMO or healthcare providers in providing employees holistic and comprehensive wellness packages (ex: MediCard partnerships, gym, wellness centers etc) - Create strategies in helping promote work-life balance and stress/energy management - Collaborate with HR Leaders and PH ExCo/ManCom (As Needed) to develop wellness goals and strategies - Coordinate and communicate wellness campaigns and events - Evaluate wellness activities and improve approaches Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
