About the Role The Manager (as a Project Leader) has the responsibility and authority for leading all operational activities of project team to ensure the qualified delivery of a project to meet business objective QTC (Quality, Time, Cost). The role shall have courage to mentorship the system analyst and developer to meet target of application development. Roles and Responsibilities: •    Be passionate about working with the project teammebers to delivery high quality services and meet customer predefined service level agreement •    Analyze existing and new business models and provide solutions by fine-tuning existing systems as a whole or implementing new computer systems •    Provide efficient technical solutions with sound technology know-how in understanding technology, vendor solutions in market and the trend. •    Maintain good customer relationship, lead vendors for performance and work, review test case/scenario and verify results, and Prepare related report •    Guarantee all development activities follow compliance requirements •    Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.   Job Requirements: •    Be professional in Computer Science or related field. •    8+ years working experience in application service/IT system assessments •    Proficient in  IT application development at least one platform: Cloud platforms, AS400/ Linux/Windows/Unix platforms, database platform, Web/mobile applications •    Proficient in Insurance application at least one application end-to-end •    5 yrs experience in team management (6-10 staff) •    Good project/program management skill and knowledge •    Good interpersonal communication skill. •    Experienced in delivering high-quality service and archiving good client expectation/relationship. •    Good command of both written and spoken English •    Hard-working person with thoughtful demeanour.   Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
