About the Role Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through banks to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives Roles and Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for business development To monitor Banca sales performance on daily basis Work closely with Associate Sales Director to achieve the overall key result areas Support partner and manage Life Planners Supervise, motivate and lead Life Planners in achieving sales target Coach and mentor Life Planners Actively recruit Life Planners if any vacancy available Manage Banca Life Planner productivity, deferment & claim case To build solid relationship with bank partner for business development. Ability to engage Bank business partner & BLP to influence outcomes Job Requirement: Bachelor Degree or high school certificate At least 2-3-year experience in a supervisory position in sales Experience in leading a successful sales team Experience in selling insurance products would be an added advantage Demonstrate strong leadership capability and a can-do attitude Dynamic, independent and integrity Enjoy working in challenging sales environment Strong communication skill and reasonable command of English language Enjoy working with hi-tech gadgets Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
