About the Role 新机构储备招聘岗位： 1、招聘范围：多元渠道管理、银保培训与大单支持、业务行政管理方向； 2、招聘职级：上述方向的职能负责人岗位、业务执行岗位； 3、工作地点：【并非】友邦人寿总部所在地【上海】，具体地点将根据公司当前战略扩张计划及人选个人意向定岗后确定。 岗位职责： 1、根据总公司发展战略，规划并确定银保渠道发展策略和重点推动项目，根据银保市场发展状况，确定银保渠道的中长期及短期业务规划，寻找并发现新的业务增长机会； 2、根据银保渠道战略规划，制定和完善渠道的培训计划和目标； 3、及时准确完成每日新单初审、投保单递交、受理保费报账业务，定期完成业务数据汇总整理。 岗位要求： 1、本科或以上学历，职能负责人具备10年以上保险或银行工作经验，业务执行岗位具备5年以上相关工作经验，有培训、高净值客户保险营销或管理相关经验； 2、人选需具备优秀的沟通协调能力、表达能力及商务演示能力； 3、具备良好的人际关系技巧及影响他人能力者将作为加分条件。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
