About the Role 岗位名称： 新机构人才储备-合规负责人 工作地点： 【并非】友邦人寿总部所在地【上海】，具体地点将根据公司当前战略扩张计划及人选个人意向定岗后确定。 岗位职责： 1、【合规政策与项目】在分公司落实与监控各项合规项目，以确保与公司业务目标及总部合规的战略方向保持一致；沟通与推动公司各项合规政策在分公司的落实，包括但不限于反洗钱、反舞弊、反腐败、业务品质、数据隐私等，提升各部门与员工的合规意识，遵守合规制度；持续关注监管动态，督促业务部门落实监管要求并监督落实情况；执行总部合规部、风险管理部及监管机构下达的其他工作； 2、【业务融合与支持】对重要业务流程、活动等开展合规风险评估，执行日常合规审阅工作，主动报告风险事项和进行风险提示，并协助一道防线形成风险缓释方案；监督渠道业务品质管理体系的执行，包括市场品行管理委员会机制在分公司的实施等；就分公司的合规相关事宜与当地相关监管机构或外部机构进行对接；对于重大风险事件、案件等进行管理与跟踪； 3、【合规检查与监测】进行合规检查或抽样测试，以识别与缓释风险并跟进改进行动；推动、监督监管排查项目的有效实施；推动和监督一道防线运用数字化工具执行风险监测和改进，并与二道防线风险监督结合； 4、【风险管理与监测】在分公司管理层会议上提交合规和风险报告； 监督分公司与偿二代第二支柱等监管要求的相关工作的执行；监督分公司的操作和声誉风险管理；协调风险相关的工作，如风险和控制自我评估、风险排查等； 与总部风险管理部沟通关键风险问题； 5、【反洗钱】负责分公司反洗钱工作的组织管理，支持分公司反洗钱委员会的工作；对分公司反洗钱工作进行全面管理，指导、监督相关部门严格落实反洗钱相关法律法规要求及集团、公司内部制度流程要求、有效执行反洗钱管控措施，及时向上级机构和当地监管报告反洗钱工作情况；定期检查反洗钱工作的实施情况，指导督促下级机构反洗钱工作的落实；保持与监管机构日常的工作联系，配合当地监管进行反洗钱调查和现场检查等工作； 6、【合规文化与宣传】落实总部合规培训项目，并根据分公司实际情况和当地监管要求制定全年合规培训计划，在分公司及下辖机构开展针对渠道内勤、相关部门、风险合规代表的针对性风险合规培训，培育合规文化；与渠道合作，开展针对外勤的合规培训及宣传活动，推动渠道合规文化建设；配合总部组织落实各项合规专项宣传活动；在总公司合规管理部门的指导下，参与实施合规考核；组织与实施反洗钱专项宣传与培训。 7、【支持机构筹建与开业】为本机构及下辖机构的筹建与开业工作提供合规支持，包括且不限于合规培训宣导、合规咨询、合规性审核、验收演练等。 岗位要求： 1、本科以上学历，在相关行业及领域，如法律、合规、审计等有5年以上工作经验； 2、人选需熟悉当地监管要求和公司的风险合规政策与项目，并能将其转化为对当地日常运营的具体要求；了解业务模式（特别是保险产品、销售渠道、服务流程等），掌握业务变化趋势（如移动展业、自媒体宣传等），并了解它们对合规性的影响 ；掌握操作风险管理的基础知识 ；在识别、缓释和报告潜在违规行为方面具有一定经验； 3、具备律师、审计、会计、内控等专业资质者将作为加分条件。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
