About the Role 湖北分公司伴随业务扩张，长期开放湖北省内优秀内勤岗位储备，包含Agency 渠道、银行保险渠道、运营部、合规、客户市场、财务、IT、人力资源和总经办等岗位，工作地点在湖北省内。 Agency 渠道岗位（业务发展、培训、人力发展、业务行政、企划及产品岗） ·          负责策略规划，业绩推动，营销员业务品质和销售行为管理； ·          完善培训课程，确保达成相关课程的关键指标，记录培训纪录并跟进培训后的效果反馈，主持培训项目 ·          负责执行年度销售策略、竞赛、活动，以帮助渠道达成管理层制定的年度销售目标，营销员荣誉体系推动，产品策划推动 ·          负责组织及举办新人面试、事业说明会，主讲事业说明会和主持人才引荐，推动、追踪新人留存和主管晋级及组织相关活动 银行保险渠道岗位（银保渠道负责人、业务培训、业务支持岗） ·          根据总公司发展战略，规划并确定银保渠道发展策略和重点推动项目，根据银保市场发展状况，确定银保渠道的中长期及短期业务规划，寻找并发现新的业务增长机会 ·          根据银保渠道战略规划，制定和完善渠道的培训计划和目标 ·          及时准确完成每日新单初审、投保单递交、受理保费报账业务，定期完成业务数据汇总整理 运营部岗位（运营负责人、专业支持、运营服务、反欺诈岗） ·          负责分公司运营部的工作统筹指导，制定部门发展规划、年度工作计划、预算计划，协调统筹运营及服务条线公司级运营项目承接，推动项目落地实施 ·          推动核保、保全相关政策规则承接落地，指导渠道 / 客户核保 / 保全照会问题件处理，提供专业咨询和疑难解答 ·          根据分公司层面监管政策与服务承诺要求，统筹分公司客服 / 渠道服务管理，统筹所辖范围柜面管理，分析柜面运转情况，制定落实改善计划，营收付费及单证管理 ·          统筹管理分公司反渗透与反欺诈工作，收集分公司辖内反欺诈信息，撰写相关分析报告。协助理赔案件调查处理、理赔诉讼支持，向营销员及客户解释理赔结论，处理理赔纠纷 其他支持部门岗位（合规、客户市场、财务、 IT 、人力资源和总经办岗位） Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
