About the Role 通过轮岗学习，全面了解公司运作模式，接受异地派驻工作。具体岗位职责由定岗后工作岗位职责确定。 Roles and Responsibilities: 业务训练的日常管理和培训运作工作，能够讲授营销员课程、进行Sales Builder操作，带班实务操作和培训系统操作。 增员和推动晋升的日常工作，了解人力发展历程及主要经营策略，掌握增员流程各环节的工作重点，熟悉Digital增员工具，能够完成增员、留存和推动晋升的常规工作。 营销员渠道经营的常规工作，活动量管理，讲授主流产品知识及销售方式，策划产品推动活动，设计和推动竞赛方案，客户经营及开拓等。 营销员日常行政管理工作，掌握业务行政部门工作内容，以及与渠道业务的关联，能够胜任业务行政的工作。 营销服务部基础管理工作，督促推动并执行各类业务发展活动和营销员活动，推动、追踪增员、新人留存和主管晋升及组织相关活动的实施，为业务培训提供完善的支持，协助培训活动、课程、项目的顺利执行实施。对业务员业务品质和销售行为进行管理，确保合规经营。 Minimum Job Requirements: 至少7年业务一线发展经验（如督导、业务管理经验等），或中后台管理经验，（人力发展、培训、企划、业务行政管理等），其中1-3年团队管理经验。 具备丰富的保险专业知识（如产品、基本法、营运规则等），以及营销员渠道基础管理能力。 能够接受异地轮岗和工作。 优先录用条件。 有新市场开拓经验优先。 有一定的英文读、写、听能力者佳。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
