About the Role • Providing technical support for Group Application Data Platform • Support, maintain and monitor big data cloud-based technologies and applications including ETL tools, data repositories and databases as well as data pipeline components under Group Application Data Platform against SLAs as agreed with various business stakeholders. • Manage the team of data platform support agents to ensure BAU support provided according SLAs set with various business stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining and optimizing big data cloud-based systems and applications. Able to work and implement advanced monitoring and metrics to provide operational rigor and oversight for all levels of business expectation. Analyze and troubleshooting issues related to big data cloud-based systems and applications under Group Application Data Platform. Develop and manage diagnostic and instrumental tools for troubleshooting and in-depth analysis Continuously refine and improve of Data Analytics platforms and systems May require standby and work during weekend to meet the critical business reporting timeline and/or data needs Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
