About the Role Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes. Responsibilities： • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support sales processes. • Calculate sales achievement, maintain information of sales activities and sales performance metrics. • Analyse sales performance for the development of sales plans and forecasts. • Administer agency compensation, awards and benefits. Requirements： • Good communication skills, and collaboration capabilities. • At least 3 years related experiences.
