About the Role Responsible for the development and management of assigned agencies with focus on advisor productivity, agency expansion and leader development. * Assist DOA to drive and execute agreed strategies and initiatives set by the Company * Business Development - Champion agency productivity, agency growth and progression to bionic/hybrid agency model * Manpower Development - Champion advisor and leader career paths (EADP, Next Gen Leader) - Oversee recruitment strategies and leader development activities and results - Long terms manpower and leader development planning for assigned sector * Agency Management - Manage communication and agency relationships - Oversee agency operations of the sector - Conduct regular Business Reviews with Agency Leaders - Influence utilization of various digital platforms Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
