If that interests you, read on.  About the Role 有效管控团险业务中涉及的健康风险，制定合理、有效的风险控制措施 岗位职责： 负责定期回顾并健全完善团险医学核保规章制度、授权体系、作业流程等； 日常案件处理：负责下级医学核保人员超权限上报案件的审批；再保临分案件的联络、沟通与协调处理；高额、疑难案件的审核签批；理赔/保全二核争议案件的合议； 安排组织医学核保人员培训课程，提升医学核保人员专业能力； 负责对团险医学核保团队的日常作业进行定期审计，并根据检查审计结果出具审计报告； 完成主管交办的其他工作或项目 。 岗位要求： 全日制大学本科或以上学历，医学相关专业优先，条件优秀者可适当放宽标准； 5年以上医学核保相关工作经验，具备医学核保专业知识及技能，有较强的风险管控及合规意识； 熟悉寿险业务中医学核保流程及相关规则； 有人员管理和业务管理经验； 客户导向，具有较强的服务意识和团队协作精神； 具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题分析和解决能力。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
