If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.  About the Role As a Junior PEI (Process Excellence & Insights) Analyst in the Advanced Operations Solutions (AOS) team at AIA Singapore, you will support process improvement and automation initiatives by acting as a Business Analyst. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and documenting user requirements, preparing test plans and scenarios, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Responsibilities: Understanding of workflow-based logic and has ability to understand present state of business process gathered from Business users and conceptualize future state of the same in an automated solution. Able to laisse with Business users to gather and document down business RPA requirements. Able to translate business requirements into complete end-to-end RPA test scenarios, conditions and expected results outcome. Actively involved in User acceptance testing (UAT) using RPA software, specifically UiPath, to ensure developed RPA programs satisfy functional needs of users. Work closely with RPA developers and implement UAT testing and preparation of test plans and cases. Execute UAT testing using RPA software and work closely with stakeholders to resolve UAT defects if any. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure test environments and any specific UAT requirements are set up in readiness for RPA test execution. Analyze RPA test outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness of UAT. Actively monitors how RPA testing progresses and Report UAT progress and highlight key areas of risk and issues. Perform support and help monitor bot performance after they are deployed to identify any inconsistent behaviors or issues. Additional Skillsets: Able to understand basic RPA UiPath programming. Requirements: Diploma or Degree holder in business IT, Computer Science or a related discipline. Previous experience in user acceptance testing is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow test procedures accurately. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Flexibility thinking in executing UAT. Willingness to learn. Ability to facilitate discussions with user to understand the problem statement, AS-IS and To-Be process.
