About the Role Leverage from the group life and medical rider policy by facilitating between agency, Banca and clients to create mini events to cross sales and ensure the take up rate is up to 5%. The individual is also monitoring the performance tracking to ensure the goal are implement effectively and in appropriate way (20%) Setting and monitoring sales objectives for IVS cross sales for agency and Banca channel (20%) Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans to drive the take up rate up to 5% among group defined list (20%) Contributing to meeting sales targets for Agency & Banca (20%) Keeping up to date with industry developments and seminar arrangement within the budget plan allowed. (10%) Answering customer queries and able to consult all inquiries occur relative to group life and medical rider (10%) Mediating disputes with customers Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
