About the Role 负责在重点公立医院提供现场服务、维护驻点公立医院的关系以及帮助客户及内部完善理赔流程。 协助网络经理分析及整理公立医院数据及就医流程。 Roles and Responsibilities: •    根据公司的安排在北京不同的医院驻点工作，遵循医院的上班时间和安排的具体地点。 •    服务客户时核实病人的身份证和福利；协助住院客户申请担保函。 •    告知会员收取共同保险和免赔额; •    门诊就诊时协助客户复印病历; •    负责重点公立医院的理赔管理; •    VIP陪诊服务，VIP客户住院探视服务； •    与驻点公立医院保持良好以及稳定关系 •    为重点公立医院提供直付服务培训 •    协助驻点医院解决收费问题、管理问题并解决客户投诉 •    每月到驻点公立医院收集直付理赔材料 •    每月更新和维护网络医院信息，并在网络团队中共享医院信息以及医院动态 •    支持其他部门开展业务，包括讲座、参观等，陪同客户以及公司内部人员到重点公立医院看医生或必要时参观医院； •    完成领导安排的其他工作。 Minimum Job Requirements: •    大学本科毕业，护理专业优先，具有2-3+年健康保险或医疗机构工作经验； •    英语听说读写流利优先； •    沟通能力强，形象气质佳，服务意识强； •    具有制定流程和解决问题的技能； •    熟悉办公软件（excel,PPT等）； •    有高端医疗服务经验优先。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
