About the Role Responsible for supporting general business operations by providing services in various administrative areas including driving, dining services, and physical security 工作职责： 1. OA 系统 规划 根据公司战略及发展规划，制定 OA 系统 的中长期建设路线。 推动OA项目的规划与实施。 统筹业务流程体系设计，推动流程标准化、自动化与持续优化。 分析现有 OA 系统 的运行情况，提出优化建议，推动系统迭代升级。 与IT、外部供应商合作，评估新技术及解决方案，提升系统性能与用户体验。 2. 需求分析 深入调研业务部门对 OA 系统 的需求，梳理并分析用户需求，制定需求文档。 对公司各类签报事项涉及的业务流程进行诊断与分析，识别流程中的瓶颈与问题，提出针对性的治理目标和优化方案。 与需求部门、流程管理部门及相关系统人员协同沟通，推动需求落地。 组织需求评审会议，确保需求的合理性、可行性及优先级排序。 编写详细的需求规格说明书，确保IT团队准确理解需求。 3. 项目管理 制定项目计划，协调内外部资源，确保项目按时、按质完成。 跟踪项目执行进度，识别并解决项目中的风险与问题。 组织项目验收，确保系统功能符合业务需求。 推动上线后的运营支持，包括用户培训、系统优化及问题处理。 4. 系统集成与优化 负责 OA 系统 与人事、财务、采购等其他公司系统的集成与数据对接。 持续优化 OA 系统 的业务流程，提升系统效能与用户体验。 支持系统上线后的日常运维，提供技术支持与问题解决方案。 5. 完成领导交办的其他事宜。 任职要求： 1. 工作经验 6年以上 OA 系统 规划、需求分析或项目管理相关经验，有大型企业OA项目经验者优先。 熟悉主流 OA 系统 （如泛微、致远、蓝凌等）的架构及功能模块。 具有企业级流程治理与持续优化相关经验。 具备良好的项目管理能力，能够独立推动项目实施。 2. 技能要求 熟练掌握需求分析方法，能够独立完成需求收集、整理、分析及文档编写。 熟悉流程诊断工具与方法，具备独立开展流程梳理、优化及治理的能力。 熟悉SQL、接口集成、服务器命令等技术。 熟练使用需求分析工具及项目管理工具。 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力及文档撰写能力。 3. 能力要求 优秀的跨部门沟通能力，能够与业务部门、技术团队及外部供应商有效协作。 较强的分析与解决问题的能力，能够快速定位并解决系统问题。 具备抗压能力，能够在多任务环境下高效工作。 具备良好的职业素养和责任心，工作严谨，作风务实。 4. 教育背景 本科及以上学历。 5. 优先条件 拥有PMP、IPMP等项目管理相关证书者优先。 有金融保险行业信息化项目经验者优先。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
