If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.  About the Role Responsible for the end to end delivery of best-in-class, advanced analytical solutions in various technology platforms to drive business growth and improve efficiencies, in support of the Next Gen Agency Strategy Lead the design of solutions to achieve ASG’s data and analytics strategy in line with AIA Philam’s data architecture and road map and engage an end-to-end approach by connecting all the pieces of data ecosystem leveraging all available assets/data Support the head of Agency Digitalization in the creation of the vision and strategy as well the execution of the overall ASG digital goals focusing on data and analytics. Maintain and update the digital road map and capabilities of Agency Sales Group to focus continuously on improving data capabilities. Manage the backlog of the product/digital asset by and recommend the priority by maximizing business value through prioritization Provide support in building the foundation of technical analytics capabilities within ASG and develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance, as well as implement improvements as needed.  Drive analytics innovation by keeping abreast of industry’s trends, evaluating and adapting new and improved data science approaches for the business. Develop in depth understanding of the business and be able to advise the business on the right analytics approach by participating in business discussions and presentations as applicable. Develop and maintain operational linkages with Local IT, Group IT, Finance, Marketing, Legal & Compliance & 3rd Party Vendors. Such as but not limited to liaising with local IT and data and science that will draw upon capabilities for predictive modeling, digital asset analytics (mobile app, web), campaign execution, single view of the distributor and customer, array of propensity models or customers tags, ad-hoc query for Agency sales group.
