About the Role Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA and providing technical support to internal users• Provide technical expertise in the management of network facilities • Configure, install, maintain and upgrade computer hardware including physical hardware such as servers, laptops, network switches, routers and software • Administer web system hardware and operating system server software • Provide on-site and remote technical support to AIA's internal users of computer applications and hardware Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
