About the Role To play a key role in the growth of AIA Vitality business and expansion of its ecosystem with focus on benefits, partnerships, partner operations and analysis/ reporting to deliver desired customer experience, especially related to: 1) Supporting of analysis/ reporting and preparation of materials related to programme and partner benefits 2) Timely, accurate and efficient AIA Vitality operations focusing on the reporting and reconciliation of partner finances, partner utilization, partner incident management and investigation and user acceptance testing. 3) Undertake business analyst roles and responsibilities to deliver AIA Vitality benefits with key focus on capturing and analysing business requirements, designing member journeys for benefits, managing and delivering change requests to meet business needs 4) Manage initiatives related to the integrity of the AIA Vitality programme Partner Operations support Serve as point of contact for partner related queries Oversee Partner administration including: Data import and export Exception reports Catalogue updates Reconciliation and activity reports Generating reports to partners Maintain relationships with the data teams of external parties. Manage inventories and reports for Partner rewards and vouchers Responsible for any manual intervention required in order to ensure the day-to-day operations functioning of AIA Vitality. AIA Vitality Engagement and Campaigns Support Support engagement team in campaigns activities Administer and verify points awarding manually to Vitality members who participate in the campaigns Handle incidents and members' complaints on the points awarding. Perform Corporate Vitality monthly cross charging Support in managing integrity of the programme Business Analyst role in the integration of AIA Vitality platforms to partners to deliver new or enhanced Vitality benefits Support in the designing of member journeys to deliver benefits for good customer experience in AIA Vitality. Requires a good level of understanding of external partners business/processes to bridge with AIA processes/system capabilities To capture business requirements from the business teams and specify them in business requirements document. To work with business users to elicit the business requirements. To analyse and document any integration requirements in the Vitality system landscape. To work with local IT, Group and various off-shore vendors and manage the delivery timeline according to plan and roadmap To analyse issues that business and operations are facing and able to propose solutions by means of journey/system enhancements To understand the overall system landscape and how it fits into the broader Group systems. To write test scripts and test cases, and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) To support in defining reporting requirements to track performance and activities Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
