About the Role 该职位将承担GenAI移动端应用项目的技术管理、技术方案设计、工程搭建以及部署上线相关的工作。与项目关键Stakeholders和IT开发人员保持密切的交流和进展沟通。对项目的投入预算和人员进行有效管理，按时、保质完成GenAI相关项目的交付，以及上线后的持续运营。 Roles and Responsibilities: 主导GenAI的各方面技术在移动端的技术研发和应用落地，包括大模型提示工程、RAG、Agent、MCP、AutoGLM等； 具备端侧小模型的部署和应用经验的优先考虑； 具备3年及以上的移动端应用开发经验，有移动端的全栈能力，偏重后端； 跟踪前沿技术（如RAG、Agent、MCP），解决模型在保险场景中的幻觉控制、可解释性等问题； 协同产品、业务团队推动模型落地，制定效果评估标准并持续迭代优化。 Job Requirements: 核心技术能力 ： 精通PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架，5年以上NLP项目经验，3年以上大模型训练调优经验； 熟悉主流LLM架构（如GPT、LLaMA、MoE），具备从预训练、指令训练、强化学习训练，再到领域适配的全流程经验； 掌握Prompt Engineering、LORA/P-tuning等高效微调技术，有垂直领域模型落地案例； 具备移动端应用的开发经验，包括IOS、安卓、H5等。 行业理解 ： 熟悉保险业务流程（产品/核保/理赔/精算），了解行业术语与合规要求； 具备保险领域数据（如保单、客服对话、营销）处理经验者优先； 有保险科技或金融科技项目经验者加分。 软性要求 ： 较强的跨团队协作能力，能将技术语言转化为业务价值； 对AI伦理、数据隐私保护有深刻认知，熟悉保险行业监管政策。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
