About the Role To compile and prepare agency-related reports and support department administration, ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality information that enhances agency management effectiveness. Roles and Responsibilities: Data compilation and analysis, report preparation, quality assurance and timely deliverable to internal and external agency performance report Support the administration and daily operations of the department, ensuring alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain governance and compliance. Enhance agency engagement and communication effectiveness by identifying and implementing process improvements across agency operations. Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to execute administrative tasks efficiently and support cross-functional initiatives. Minimum Job Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience (preferable in insurance industry), with a proven track record in operation or governance Specific Skills Proven experience in analytics or administration in insurance industry or banking industry Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Others: You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
