About the Role Responsible for managing AIA's relationship with outsourcing vendors and ensuring that the outsourcing vendor's performance meets AIA's requirements • Evaluate and implement outsourcing options that align to the desired systems, processes and services of AIA • Develop and administer contracts with outsourcing services in coordination with procurement and legal functions • Analyse and report on outsourcing vendor performance • May develop outsourcing policies, standards and procedures for a particular function or across functions Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
