If that interests you, read on.  About the Role Responsible for reviewing distribution channel’s campaign scheme and cost, channel compensation, and provide the update in the channel profitability’s forecasting. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring distribution channel’s marketing campaign cost and benefit are acceptable to meet the financial target. Proposing changes of scheme, terms and conditions if needed. Perform risk and financial assessment on the proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation. Ensure proper checking and testing of new/updated compensation in system. Update the channel profitability’s forecasting on regular basis and highlight potential actions to meet the financial target. Ensure all deliverables are delivered in timely manner and accurately. Qualifications: Min. Bachelor's degree, with major in mathematics or actuarial area Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar area Student of Local or International Actuarial Exams Good commands in English Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
