About the Role An internship to provide quality and timely administrative support on department operational tasks and process simplification/ automation projects Roles and Responsibilities: Handle and manage documents filing/ records Data input for recruitment application data Prepare and arrange regular recruitment related document delivery to relevant agency/ departments Support in department’s process simplification/ automation projects Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements Minimum Job Requirements: University students major in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage Proficient in MS Office Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Passionate to explore the insurance business Good analytical skills and attentive to details Good problem solving, organizing as well as interpersonal and communication skills A good team player, enthusiastic and pursue for excellence Others: You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
