About the Role 该岗位为客户提供全方位健康专案管理服务 Roles and Responsibilities: 1、    高端客户权益的审核、分析与建档； 2、    为启动服务的客户提供健康资讯服务，包括疾病的健康资讯和预后护理指导等服务； 3、    为客户整合优质医疗资源，与内部团队和供应商密切合作，为客户提供管家式服务，如健康资讯、门诊预约、陪诊、住院协助等； 4、    处理案件时与合作的医疗机构、服务商进行沟通； 5、    处理案件时保持团队间的有效及时沟通； 6、    为其他团队提供医疗支持和有价值的建议； 7、    对严重/有风险的案例保持警惕，并在必要时升级； 8、    跟踪日常审查的案例数量并与经理合作，定期分析数据，以规划未来的工作； 9、    积极参与案件管理的经验分享和学习； 10、    积极协助主管参与系统或服务流程的优化； 11、    利用本地医学知识支持全球业务； 12、    在成本控制和客户体验之间取得良好平衡； 13、    积极主动参与新的项目计划，支持健康管理服务项目； 14、    充分利用全球医疗资源和本地资源，也参与集团业务的相关工作开展； 15、    领导交办的其他工作。 Minimum Job Requirements: 1、本科及以上学历，具有临床医学专业和临床工作经验（可适当放宽条件至临床护理专业，但需要有5年以上临床经验和客户服务经验）； 2、3-5年健康管理和客户服务相关工作经验，责任心强，具备较强的组织协调能力；  3、具有丰富的医疗资源协调能力； 以客为先，具备较强的主动服务意识和沟通协调能力； 4、熟练使用办公软件； 5、具有很强的学习能力、抗压能力和独立解决问题的能力； Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
