About the Role 落实团险销售推动和支持工作，确保达成KPI目标 岗位职责： 负责新机构营销员渠道团险的业务经营推动，KPI指标追踪，确保达成新机构年度经营目标； 负责制定营销员渠道的年度培训计划，并按计划组织落实相关培训工作，提升营销员的团险销售能力； 根据总部制定的激励方案，制定新机构配套激励方案，并组织对激励方案进行宣导和追踪，提升激励效果； 负责团险业务销售支持、大项目支持，以及营销员渠道销售问题协调沟通，提升营销员渠道满意度； 负责新机构团险市场企划工作，研究当地团险市场，快速市场开拓、重要客户维护，提升团险在当地市场的品牌影响； 负责市场企划岗人员的招聘、培养，加快机构市场企划组织建设。 岗位要求： 大学本科或以上学历； 10年以上个险销售推动及相关工作经验（保险销售推动支持、培训等），有团险综合开拓经验者优先； 具备团队管理经验； 熟练使用MS-Office软件； 客户导向，有较强的团队协作、沟通协调能力、表达能力； 良好的解决问题能力。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
