If that interests you, read on.  About the Role This position needs to support & assist in administration and handling the various assignments/tasks to support the operational efficiency in New Business Team. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist and handle operation process through different stages (i.e. submission stage to minor alterations) within timeline. Manage & perform the compliance related screening ad hoc, support the compliance related operation requirements. Sending SMS to the Policy holder and agent with new business related including premium refund and reimbursement within timeline. Conduct all premium payment and medical reimbursements/ premium refund are processed accurately in timely manners. Assist in UAT testing for New Business system enhancement when necessary. Respond to cross-functional team inquiries related to IL policy within timeline. Perform the Daily AML screening and updating within timeline. Handling/Managing related daily calls for New Business and Underwriting Function. Resolve disputed financial/payment transactions. Allocate CRM open cases to the respective case owner and close the own cases within timeline. Assist and contribute in enhancing operation efficiency with tasks/projects/campaigns. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field Minimum 3 years of working experiences in operations/administration or related field Familiarity with compliance processes and procedures (preferred). Multi-tasking, prioritize and manage time efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Teams, Outlook, One Drive, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Good team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Displays high learning orientation, innovation, and motivation to achieve target goals. Literacy in both English and Burmese, both verbal & written.
