If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.  About the Role Drive automation, AI integration, and data-driven innovation across operations by leveraging advanced analytics and modern automation tools. This role will support the organization’s innovation agenda by designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Copilot/AI-driven technologies. Key Responsibilities: Automation Development: Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and related tools. Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Data Analytics & Insights: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric . Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for decision-making. AI & Copilot Integration: Implement Microsoft Copilot and other AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and decision-making. Develop AI-powered solutions for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies. Innovation Enablement: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation, analytics, and AI opportunities aligned with the innovation agenda. Pilot and scale new technologies to enhance operational capabilities. Advocate for best practices in AI governance, data security, and automation standards. Solution Architecture & Integration: Design end-to-end solutions combining automation, analytics, and AI components. Ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and compliance with security and governance policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related fields. 3–5 years in automation, data analytics, or AI-related roles. Experience implementing enterprise-level automation, analytics, and AI solutions. Exposure to innovation projects or digital transformation initiatives.
